My previous insurance company denied renewal of my homeowner's policy even though an appeal was submitted. As the last days of coverage approached, Emma at Osborne Insurance stepped in and efficiently obtained quotes on a new policy in addition to my auto policy. The "price was right" and Emma made sure everything was in place in a timely manner and alleviated my concerns. She provided me with all the information I needed and handled all the details in a professional manner. I am completely satisfied and assured. I have canceled my policies with State Farm after being a customer for 45 years!
