Jen is originally from Springfield, Ohio, a small town about an hour outside of Columbus, Ohio but has called Fishers, Indiana home for 23 years. She graduated from Miami University in 1995 with a major in Accounting and two minors: Italian and International Business. She has been with Osborn Insurance Agency for 21 years, since she and Chris Osborn started the agency from scratch in 2005.
Jen’s passion for insurance comes from her deep fulfillment in helping her customers truly understand their insurance needs and in assisting them in meeting those needs. She takes a hands-on approach to each customer, preferring to invite customers into the office to review their quotes. She also takes great pride in developing the team so that every customer feels well cared for, and each employee looks forward to coming to work every day.
In her spare time, as a mother of three, she enjoys spending time with her family, reading, traveling, especially to Orange Beach, Alabama, and watching Ohio State football with her family. She loves what she does and is honored to be able to serve her community and their insurance needs.
